We enjoyed our LCM bars - we used the 'Rice Bubble Crackles' recipe to make them.

Isla
Room 3 made LCM bars.
We poured ricies in a huge bowl.
We melted some coconut oil.
We put the ricies in a tray.
We sprinkled some 100’s and 1000’s on the ricies
We waited until the next day to eat them.
They were delicious !

Hector
We made LCM bars.
We put the ricies in the bowl and we put the coconut oil in the bowl.
We waited and waited for the next day.
The next day . . . we ate them.
Jawad
Room 3 made LCM bars.
We put the coconut oil in the bowl with the rice bubbles.
We put the sprinkles in the rice bubbles.
We put the rice bubbles in the fridge.

What you need to make 'Home Made LCM bars'
4oz icing sugar
1 cup coconut
4 cups bubble cereal 
6oz vegetable fat (we used coconut oil)
(optional - 3 tbsps cocoa)

Combine in a bowl - icing sugar, coconut and bubble cereal.
Melt fat over a low heat and add to dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly. Spread into a tray lined with tinfoil and sprinkle with 100's and 1000's.
Press firmly and allow to set.
(Hint - cut into squares or rectangles before bars are completely set.)
