Swimming

We like going under the water.

My Sunflower

I painted a sunflower. 
It was yellow and orange.
In the middle there were  brown dots.

The Gateway

We went to the gateway.
On the top was a square face.
I saw the silver fern.
I saw a taniwha, a fantail, a lizard and some people on the gateway. 
Some big and some small. 
All of them telling a story.

Look what we did today !!

Whaea Sheryl's son Daniel brought his drone to school today.
The whole school went down to Putikitiki to make the letters 
'H E S' and Daniel took a photo of us.

Kowhai team made the 'H', Totara made the 'E' and Kauri made the 'S'.

Swiimming is fun!

Room 5.
We had so much fun - so please remember your togs next week.

Welcome to our new learners in Room 4 for 2017.

We welcome you to our class - we will be swimming every day so please bring your togs and a towel in a plastic bag.
Stationery lists are ready and will be sent home with your child. Please check in with our office staff if you have any concerns about these.

We all had a great day today getting to know each other, walking around our beautiful grounds and learning our class routines.
