Today, Ruben the Road Safety Bear came to school.
We learned that we wear a helmet every time we ride our bikes.
We wear our seat belts every time we are in the car. We have to sit in the back seat and we need to have a booster seat until we are 148 cm tall.
Reuben showed us how to cross the road safely. -
we stop, look, listen and link hands with an adult before we cross the road.
Kei te pai, well done Room 14 - with your hard work and your whanau support, our class raised the most money in the Factathon.
Two students had raised over $100.00 and another student raised more than $500.00.
We won the class prize for raising the most money which will go towards the new playground on middle.
