Our Show today was about Hi Rez, an alien, who is sent to Earth to learn about inclusion and empathy - she helps us learn about including others and sharing others feelings.

Hi Rez landed on earth to learn about 'inclusion' - that means including others.
We learned that 'inclusion' means letting others join in - to share, to play or to talk with us - 'leave an empty chair' means to leave a space for others to join in.
With her new friend Jesse and the puppets, Charlene and Darlene, Hi Rez explained what 'empathy' is - it means we share another person's feelings - if they are happy, we are happy for them.
 - if they are sad we help them to feel better.
