Learning to throw and catch on Dawson

 We went over to Dawson to learn how to throw
and catch small balls with Project Energise.

We learnt to have our thumbs in for high catches
and thumbs out for low catches.

We practised throwing the ball as far as we could.
We had to turn sideways, aim and throw.
It was lots of fun.
